Another busy month saw our Rescue 2 teams around the country, on a variety of confined space and rope rescue assistance roles.
A four man team have been back working at East Worthing’s Waste Water Treatment Works. In situ for a full four weeks, the team have been providing safety and rescue cover for confined space works, and also a rope rescue provision on another area of the site.
We have also has a four man tean working in Friston for 3 weeks. They will be back in May and June to cover further works.
On the 28th April, Thames Water and BP McKeefreys instructed a 6 man Rescue 2 team to provide them with emergency safety cover, for recent sewer surveys in Lewisham High Street.
On the 29th, a three man team went back to our friends at Eastbourne Waste Water treatment works – to provide safety and rescue cover during an inspection survey.
