Neal is a technical lead and a key member of our dedicated technical team at Rescue2 Limited. With a strong background in frontline emergency services, he brings real world experience to his role.
Over his 10 year career with Rescue2, Neal has built extensive expertise across a range of roles. Beginning as an operational rescue technician and team leader, he has played a vital role in delivering safe and effective confined space rescue and support. Neal has also excelled as a technical training lead, trainer, assessor, and IQA, using his knowledge and experience to develop others and raise standards across the field.
In his current role as technical lead, Neal supports our safety and rescue teams and is often team leading on various projects to maintain skills and knowledge, as well as working closely with both new and long standing customers to ensure we continue to provide high quality, dependable solutions. His combination of operational know how and training leadership makes him an invaluable asset to the team and the customers we serve.
