Sarah has been a key member of Rescue2 for over seven years and now leads our Rescue Coordinating Team. In this role, she oversees the scheduling and deployment of teams for day to day safety and rescue projects, matching the right people with the right skills to each job’s requirements.
With operations running around the clock, her team regularly manages the logistics of booking up to 50 rescue technicians per day onto various shifts, averaging 10 to 12 projects per day. The shifts often cover days, nights, and weekends. Sarah successfully manages a dynamic, fast paced team, delivering logistically challenging solutions on a daily basis.
Sarah plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and reliable delivery of our services. Her leadership helps make the customer experience straightforward and stress free, while her attention to detail ensures that every project is supported by the right expertise, at the right time.
