Rescue2 partners with MHFA England (Mental Health First Aid England) to support the creation of a mentally healthy workplace. This accreditation reflects our commitment to reducing stigma around mental health, building awareness, and ensuring our staff are trained to recognise signs of distress and provide appropriate support.
Through MHFA training, our employees develop the skills to identify, understand, and assist colleagues experiencing mental health challenges. This helps us create a psychologically safe environment where staff feel supported and confident to speak openly. Beyond individual training, MHFA England also provides consultancy and guidance to help us embed wellbeing strategies across the whole organisation.
