Andy Heward

Andy brings extensive frontline emergency service experience, as well as more than 10 years as a confined space rescue technician with Rescue2. In his role as Technical Lead, he plays a vital part within our wider Technical Team, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.

Andy’s work is highly varied, from liaising directly with customers and preparing detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), to joining our operational teams on site, carrying out audits, and providing hands-on support. His depth of operational knowledge, combined with his commitment to safety and efficiency, makes him an invaluable part of our technical support team.
