Paul Hilder

Paul is the Head of Finance at Rescue2 Limited and has been an integral part of the team for the past three years. His role is wide ranging, often extending beyond finance into IT, HR, and other key areas of the business.

With extensive experience in running businesses, Paul is a valued member of the leadership team, playing a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth. He holds a master’s degree in mathematics and is a qualified taxation accountant, bringing both analytical precision and strategic insight to the organisation.

Working closely with Shaun and Rebecca, Paul ensures Rescue2 continues to grow in a financially sustainable and strategically sound way, helping to secure the company’s position as a leader in confined space safety, training and rescue provision.
